Very clear picture. Was the boy supposed to be riding on the pavement? What's the translation for Cuid?

No, Val riding on pavements is NOT allowed, but some rules are made to be broken! "Cuid" is just boring "part" (in my first language Irish).I took some more photo's in the Square, I really love it, and will post them this week. Hi again Sheila :)
