I saw this sign near the well known Curragh Racecourse in County Kildare. The most famous horses in the world have raced here.

Funny sign, I have seen similar for crossing ducks, but no sheep signs though here.;)
That is a funny sign. I love looking for idiosyncrasies. There is a old cemetery not far from here. Someone once put indoor/outdoor green carpet on their family plot. I guess they didn't like mowing the grass. It was that way for years and then one day I drove by the the hideous stuff was gone and I was kind of sad. I really miss it now.
Those black sheep should have chrome hooves and lighting detailing painted on their wool! Speedy!
