Bibi, over at A Yankee-in-Belgrade has snapped just about every redhead in Serbia for her blog so as not to be outdone I found this lady in Parnell Street with a very unusual tint of red hair PLUS matching dress! Her male friend also has a "man bag", so I am really jealous.
