Con! What a breathtaking post office you have in Dublin! The proud Irish flag flapping in the wind is a pretty site to see too!
PS. I'm reading a book on Tudor Ireland right now:)
Huge and monumental post office. Actually I have visited this post office once, when I visited beautiful Dublin in the 1990's with my sister. I remember the interior best. Those classically designed desks and tables were beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
An incredibly impressive building. It looks more like a bank, a speak in hushed tones sort of place!
This is a beautiful building. Thanks for sharing.

Now that's a post office.....
Have a beautiful weekend.
Wow, what a great building! Happy PFF!
That looks a lot like the Utica insane asylum.
Thank you everybody for visiting and for your comments!
Yeah you're right "dmarks", just Googled Utica Insane Asylum and there is a remarkable similarity. Did some research and turns out both buildings are based on Greek Revival architecture. I learn something new every day!
cool postcard
this building is amazing :)
xx
I was in Dublin just a month ago, but we didn't happen across this beauty. Thanks for the peek inside and out!
