Food For Thought

While enjoying a quick espresso in La Corte I had a giggle at Zupa next doors choice of car for promoting their new Food Bar. Is it a Ferrari, a Lamborghini? No it's a humble Trabant, that iconic symbol of the old communist East Germany. I don't normally knock cars - especially old ones, but I can't resist a Trabant joke: Q. - How do you double the value of a Trabant?
A. Fill it up with petrol. Ouch!

It must not be a very good car to elicit that comment...they should have used a Mustang, huh?

I know that joke.;) From my Irishman.;)
Those were some cars, I guess they are becoming almost iconic today, as they were so strange.
Have a nice weekend,
