It's Henry Street of course - and a Tattooist has set up for business. He has a drawings of the different tattoo's available stuck to the pavement, a crowd has gathered and they're looking at the different designs.
Not sure about hygiene, safety, etc. or if he made any money, but some people certainly looked interested.
