I'm always vaguely distressed when I see something in a museum, or taught as history, when it was part of my life! I've only recently stopped making soda bread when the local supermarket started stocking it.
There's a postcard with a potential Irish address sitting waiting for you, if you'd like - see my PFF post. A bit of a copy-cat of yours from a couple of weeks ago I'm afraid, but I promise you it's been planned ever since I saw what the Post Office had lined up for August.
