Before I leave this sunny land I had to try a Spanish Tapas called Gazpacho (as recommended by my friend Maja). So today in Murcia I finally managed to find it in a small Cafe Bar - and yes it was perfect for a steaming hot day with the temperature in the 30´s!

I love gazpacho..
I like gazpacho, especially on a hot day. I don't think I'd ever find it here though.
I have heard about it and even though I have been to Spain numerous times, I have never had the pleasure of tasting it.;) Looks delicious though. I hope you brought plenty of sunshine back with you, here the summer is winding down slowly I am afraid.;)
