I am not surprised that you are missing your long and warm summer of your childhood.

There could be two reasons:

1)Climate change. Indiscriminate tree felling to build high rise concrete buildings and factories along with excessive carbon di oxide emissions.

2) You are losing the visionary gleam of your childhood. When you are young you have divinity in you but as you grow older you lose it.

But there is nothing to worry about the clouds in the sky. You will have a brief summer showers and the earth will cool down and make the weather very pleasant.
